It’s obviously important that we have the right features that make managing a portfolio of 1000s of projects easy. But it’s just as important that our users can find and use those amazing features with ease. In April we made both visual tweaks and feature developments to make your life easier.  

Placeholders to streamline your resource management

To maximise your resources, improve financial forecasting and drive project success, the resource placeholders feature has been upgraded. Create and manage resource pools or open headcounts and forecast them to projects, enabling accurate project cost estimation and enhanced capacity planning.  

Stay on top of your project timeline

Enhancements we’ve made to the Gantt chart will take your project planning to the next level! Gantt charts now include visual dependencies, giving you an even more comprehensive overview of your project and its tasks. This functionality will allow you to quickly and accurately identify and report on task dependencies, allowing for improved communication and planning.  

Sprucing up the project dashboards

Some of the key buttons you need like ‘Switch Report Layout’ and ‘Other Dashboards’ were floating off! So, we tied them down to the key project dashboard functionalities and gave the place a general spruce up to make it easier on the eyes.
